Cinema Unbound: The Creative Worlds of Powell and Pressburger’, comes to Pálás this winter as part of a major film celebration taking place across the UK & Ireland of one of the greatest and most enduring filmmaking partnerships in the history of cinema: Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger. Best known for their iconic films including The Red Shoes (1948), A Matter of Life and Death (1946) and Black Narcissus (1947), the season kicks off with Michael Powell’s voyeuristic serial killer thriller Peeping Tom (1960), just in time for Halloween!
