Join Dublin Film Festival Fri 27 – Sun 29 September for Be Kind Rewind where timeless masterpieces meet cult favourites on the Light House Cinema screen for three days only!

Hand-picked by the Irish Film Curators, a passionate group of young film enthusiasts, this is a rare chance to (re)experience the flicks that inspired much of today’s contemporary cinema.

Discover a world of classic and lesser-known cinema that still resonates today, from bold New Wave flicks like Daisies (1966) and Funeral Parade of Roses (1969) to the still-topical societal snapshot Pressure (1976), plus Hollywood classic Creature From the Black Lagoon (1954).

Be Kind Rewind is also a chance to broaden the cinematic horizons with cult flicks like 1997’s teen alienation allegory Nowhere, or the vivid biopic of a life less ordinary, Nang By Nang (2018).
