European Cinema Night at Light House & Pálás

December 4 is European Cinema Night in both Light House & Pálás with WHEN THE LIGHT BREAKS and CREATURA screening respectively.

These special screenings will be preceded by a drinks reception and both will feature a special in-person introduction.

WHEN THE LIGHT BREAKS is a poignant new drama about a young woman whose conscience and resilience is tested over the course of a long summer’s day when she’s confronted by unexpected and life-changing events from acclaimed Icelandic director Rúnar Rúnarsson.

CREATURA is the emotionally explicit sophomore feature from Spanish writer/director Elena Martín who also stars as Mila. Handling the complex, and often taboo, issues of female sexuality through a sensitive and compassionate lens, Creatura is a deeply moving and thought-provoking work of art.
