Membership  and tickets

Do you have a Membership scheme?

Yes! We offer multiple options with different benefits and full details can be found here.

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes. Any denomination you wish. These can be purchased from the box office at the cinema and can be used in the bar & restaurant, too.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes we take credit cards and laser cards online, at the box office as well as in the restaurant & bar. Except American Express.

Are seats allocated? 

No. We don't allocate seats for the vast majority of our film screenings. However all event cinema screenings are allocated seating.

Location and Parking

Where is the carpark entrance?

Park Rite in Hynes Yard Car Park on Merchants Road is an enclosed carpark 2 minutes walk from the cinema.

Do you have a deal with the Hynes Yard car-park for Pálás patrons?

Yes we do!

Avail of our special Pálás customer carpark offer in Park Rite Hynes Yard Car Park, Merchants Rd, an enclosed 24/7 carpark 2 minutes’ walk from the cinema.

Screenings 

Some films are not classified by the classification office, which means they don’t have an age cert. In these cases, we give the film a Club rating. These screenings are available only to people over the age of 18. The content of the film is not necessarily reflective of an 18 rated film (i.e. extreme violence), but films that are unrated by the classification office cannot be shown to under 18s, so be sure to bring a form to ID to be a part of the club!

Pre-Booking

All online bookings will incur a booking fee; €1 for one ticket, €2 for two & €3 for three or more. Loyalty members do not incur this booking fee.
