Winner of eight Academy Awards, Elia Kazan's legendary elegy to American corruption, redemption and missed opportunity is returning to our screens in a new 4K restoration.

Marlon Brando won the Oscar for Best Actor for his role as an ex-prize fighter turned longshoreman, who struggles to stand up to his corrupt union bosses. On the Waterfront was also the feature film debut of the legendary Eva Marie Saint, who won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance and who celebrates her 100th birthday this July.
Silver Screenings take place every Friday morning for film fans over the age of 65. The reduced ticket price of €6 includes complimentary tea/ coffee before the film.
